OFFICIAL CANNABIVA CBD GIVEAWAY RULES

1. Eligibility: The Official Cannabiva CBD Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cannabiva and other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.
2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Cannabiva, located at P.O. Box 4470, South Lake Tahoe, Nevada, 89449.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on July 29, 2023, at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and ends on August 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Participants may enter the Giveaway by providing their name and email address in the popup window on the Cannabiva.com website or through tweet engagements (follow, comment using #CannabivaCBD, like, or retweet) on our Twitter account @CannabivaCBD.
6. Prize Drawing: On or about September 1, 2023, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email on or about September 2, 2023.
7. Prizes: Ten (10) winners will receive one (1) free bottle of 3000 mg full spectrum CBD, with an approximate retail value of $120 USD.
8. Winner Announcement: The first name and last initial of the winners will be posted on the Cannabiva website blog following confirmation of the winners.
9. Winner Notification: The potential winners will be notified via email or direct message through Twitter, depending on how Giveaway entry was received. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Cannabiva’s privacy policy.
11. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway, or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
