Express and 2nd Day Air packages are shipped the same day if your order is received by 12:00PM Pacific Time.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number from the specific carrier used to ship your package.

If you have checked your tracking information and your package shows that is has been delivered, but you have not received it please following the guidelines below before contacting us:

  • Check with members of your household or neighbors who may have picked up your package when you were not available. 
  • If you live in a complex with central mail delivery, please check with your front desk. 
  • Check to see if the US Postal Service or UPS left a notice indicating that they attempted to deliver your package but were unable to do so. 
  • Check to see if the delivery carrier may have left your package in an area of your home that is out of plain view.

Our support team will assist you with getting a replacement package processed at no additional charge if it has been lost in the mail.
