If you have checked your tracking information and your package shows that is has been delivered, but you have not received it please following the guidelines below before contacting us:

  • Check with members of your household or neighbors who may have picked up your package when you were not available. 
  • If you live in a complex with central mail delivery, please check with your front desk. 
  • Check to see if the US Postal Service or UPS left a notice indicating that they attempted to deliver your package but were unable to do so. 
  • Check to see if the delivery carrier may have left your package in an area of your home that is out of plain view.

Our support team will assist you with getting a replacement package processed at no additional charge if it has been lost in the mail. 

Your order will be processed and shipped soon after we receive it, so please make sure to act fast if you need to cancel it or make changes.

We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped and scanned into the delivery carrier tracking system. But don't worry — it's easy to return your shipment once it arrives if you do not wish to keep it.
