90-Day Guarantee Details
You’ve got a full 90 days to try Cannabiva®, starting on the day your package is confirmed as delivered by third-party tracking information (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
Contact us if you are not satisfied with your experience for any reason. We’ll do our best to make it right if we can. If we can’t, we’ll give you a full refund within 90 days of your original delivery date.
Refund Limitations
Refunds are valid once per customer household and limited to a single item (e.g., one bottle, jar, or other container).
Cannabiva.com and Biva Nutrition, LLC. are not responsible for refunding shipping or freight fees for orders that were shipped with upgraded shipping services such as Priority Mail, Second Day Delivery, Overnight Express shipping or other paid shipping services.
Cannabiva.com and Biva Nutrition, LLC are not responsible for return shipping costs or packaging unless you’ve received a product or item as the result of a mistake caused by our company.
International Customers
We make every effort to process, ship and deliver your selected items to your destination country. Due to varying laws and regulations outside of the United States, Cannabiva.com and Biva Nutrition, LLC are not responsible for packages that may be lost, seized, or destroyed when shipped to your destination country.
When purchasing items from Cannabiva.com and Biva Nutrition, LLC, the purchasing party is responsible for ensuring that the selected products can be delivered to their country in accordance with local regulations, laws, and provisions.
Refunds and/or replacement of a lost, seized or destroyed package will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Cannabiva.com and Biva Nutrition, LLC do not guarantee that your package will be delivered to your country, and you accept full financial and other responsibility for items you request be shipped outside the USA.
Cancelling Your Order
Our order fulfillment team processes and ships orders throughout the day.
Please contact us about cancelling your order within one hour of it being placed.
If your order is in “processing” status we may still be able to place a hold on your order and cancel your shipment. If your order is able to be cancelled our customer support representatives will process a refund or replace your order with your preferred item(s) as you require.
If your package has already been shipped, you can still return it to us when it arrives. For orders shipped via the US Postal Service please write “Return to Sender” on the package and it will be returned to us.
If an order is canceled after the item(s) have already been shipped, your refund will be processed once our order fulfillment team receives your returned package.
