- Check with members of your household or neighbors who may have picked up your package when you were not available

- Check to see if the delivery carrier may have left your package in an area of your home that is out of plain view

How can I cancel an order that I just placed?
Your order will be processed and shipped soon after we receive it, so please make sure to act fast if you need to cancel it or make changes.
We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped and scanned into the delivery carrier tracking system. But don't worry - it's easy to return your shipment once it arrives if you do not wish to keep it.
