AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Cannabiva referral affiliate program is open to companies and individuals based within the United States. International affiliates are accepted on a limited basis. Contact a Cannabiva affiliate manager if you are outside the United States and would like to be a part of this affiliate program.

Affiliate account registrations are reviewed and approved within two business days. We may conduct additional affiliate account reviews to verify the validity of registrations and ensure compliance with our program standards.

ONLINE PRESENCE REQUIREMENT

To participate in the program, affiliates must maintain a verifiable online presence, such as a website, social media platform (e.g., X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), or other digital channel. If this requirement is not met, accounts without an operational online presence could have affiliate status revoked.

APPROVED PROMOTIONAL PRACTICES

Affiliates must use ethical and compliant promotional methods. Misleading advertising, spam, or prohibited marketing tactics may result in suspension or termination of affiliate status.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION PROCESS

We value security and transparency. While accounts are approved within 48 hours, initial payments for new affiliates may be held for up to 45 days following the first month's closing date to verify traffic sources, promotional methods, and account authenticity.

Approved affiliates will receive monthly payouts to their specified account once the review process is completed.

TAX COMPLIANCE

All affiliates must file an IRS W-9 form to comply with U.S. federal regulations to receive commission payments.

• W-9 information must match the name or entity receiving payments

U.S. law requires compliance with the U.S. tax code when your total yearly payment in affiliate commission revenue exceeds $599. Affiliate payouts will not be released until the W-9 form is completed for the registrant once the $599 threshold is reached.
